What is Everyday Heroes?
LIVES has an army of volunteers who give up their time to help the people of Lincolnshire. Our volunteers are ordinary people who have spent valuable time training so that they can respond to 999 medical emergencies across the county. We call them our Everyday Heroes!
This July we not only want to celebrate our amazing volunteers, but we want to recognise the heroes within your local community who have gone above and beyond during COVID-19 lockdown.
2020 has been a tough year so far and we recognise that during this time, our communities have pulled together to support each other through the outbreak of the coronavirus. We are looking for your lockdown heroes across the whole of Lincolnshire – people who have made a difference in their local community over the last 6 months. Do you know someone who deserves to be recognised? Nominate them for a LIVES Everyday Hero Award!
How can you get involved?
To nominate your local hero, tell us about them by emailing the team at email@example.com by 26th July 2020.
You can also help us raise money so we can keep our volunteer responders on the road. You can take part in Everyday Heroes in lots of different ways, from donating online, becoming a regular giver, or fundraising by donning your cape and mask for our Superhero Day.
Every penny you raise will directly support our amazing volunteers, keeping them on the road and attending 999 medical emergencies.
