Each year in Boston, club members vote for a charity to support, and in their milestone 35th anniversary year, they’ve chosen LIVES. With around 270 members across the UK, the club brings together classic car lovers who also have a drive to give back to their community. Founder, John, is particularly pleased that LIVES was selected this year, recognising the vital work our volunteers do in emergencies across Lincolnshire.
“I like to support local charities because you can see the difference it makes. LIVES responders are out there helping people in critical situations, including road traffic collisions, and it’s great to know there’s a charity making such an impact when every second counts,” he said.
LIVES’ emergency responders attend thousands of incidents each year, providing rapid medical care to those in urgent need. Support from organisations like the Boston Classic Car Club ensures we can continue to train, equip, and support our volunteers in saving lives across the county.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Boston Classic Car Club and its members for their generosity, and we look forward to working together throughout the year to support lifesaving training and initiatives. The club’s commitment to our cause is truly inspiring, and we’re excited about the future collaborations that will make a real difference in our community.
