This year marks the 25th anniversary of our Community First Responders, and we’re celebrating with a special campaign called “25 Years Matter.” This campaign is dedicated to the incredible individuals in our community who ensure our safety and provide reassurance that, in the event of an emergency, help will arrive quickly. LIVES has a proud history, but it is our Volunteer Community First Responders who truly define our success. Without their dedication and commitment, we would not be where we are today.

Our responders often downplay the remarkable work they do, but this campaign is our way of saying thank you. It’s a chance to recognise and celebrate their efforts, to remind them that they are truly extraordinary, and to let the wider community know just how much they matter.

As part of “25 Years Matter,” we’re introducing you to one of our Community First Responders each month. This month, we’re proud to introduce you to Howard, who has been with LIVES for two years and is based in Grantham. Howard’s dedication to his role is a shining example of the selflessness and bravery that all our responders demonstrate. Through these monthly introductions, we hope to give you a glimpse into the lives of those who make a real difference in our community every day.
