Support LIVES This Christmas
Last year, our volunteer responders attended 8,748 medical emergencies across Lincolnshire, delivering life-saving care when it was needed most. But rising costs, including an additional £80,000 burden from National Insurance, minimum wage increases and soaring medical supply prices, have placed immense pressure on our charity.
To protect our vital front-line services, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to reduce costs by cutting seven support and management roles. While this decision was heart-breaking, it ensures we can continue our mission of saving lives.
“This decision has been devastating for our team, but we must prioritise saving lives. Our responders remain unwavering in their commitment to being first on the scene when emergencies happen,” says Nikki Cooke, CEO.
